We do not offer daily room service.
Upon check-in, you will need to present a credit/debit card to guarantee future charges plus any incidentals for the remainder of your stay. These funds will be held by the issuing bank and will be released 5-10 business days after checkout. We do not allow dogs. Violating our no dog policy, or any of our policies may result in forfeiting 100% of your reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Changes to reservations may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival with no fee. Bookings that are cancelled with less than 30 days notice will result in 100% forfeiture of room charge including tax. Bookings that are cancelled with more than 30 days notice will result in a 90% credit towards a future reservation. All reservations are subject to a $15 resort fee. Alpine Garden is not liable for refunds or credits associated third party booking cancellations.

PRIVACY NOTICE
This privacy notice for Alpine Garden Camping Village LLC, which also operates under the trade name Alpine Garden describes how we might, collect, store, and process your information. When you use our site we will collect your name, email address, and credit card information. We process your information provided to administer our services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law. We process your information only when we have a valid reason to do so. We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. We use a third party credit card processing system to encrypt data to keep it as safe as possible. Personal information provided by you is not sold to or shared. Some information, like your IP address is automatically collected when you visit our services. This information does not reveal your specific identity. This information is needed to maintain the security and operation of our services, and for internal analytic and reporting purposes. We process your information to deliver the service to the user. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business is sold to another company. We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year. We do not collect information from children under 18 years of age. TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms of use constitute a legally binding agreement made between customers and Alpine Garden concerning your access to and use of Alpine Garden Camping Village. You agree that by accessing and booking the site yourself that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the terms of use. If you do not agree with the terms of use then you are expressly prohibited from using the site. We reserve the right and sole discretion to make changes or modifications to these rights at any point in time. Prohibited activities include trying to disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and the site of which you are booking. You agree to not harass, or threaten any employees or fellow guests. Putting any guests in danger will result in immediate displacement and calling law enforcement. You agree to input your information to book your site, thereby agreeing to these terms and conditions. You understand we are are not liable for any unsafe deliberate actions resulting in injury. We aim to keep a safe and peaceful environment to protect all onsite.
